Dr. Harris,

What's this about yet another task force?!?!?! Who is on it? How did they get there?
Was there an election? Will there ever be another election? Where are the faculty on this task force?
ARE any faculty on this task force?

What happened to shared governance? Will faculty ever have a voice on this campus again?
What about the committee structure that remains in place in our handbook? Does that
even exist anymore? Is your office in the process of re-writing the handbook to suit your "new order"?
If so, I assume the faculty will be informed of THAT task force after the task is completed?

How long must the remaining currently unterminated faculty who care about Loyola have to endure this continued
indignity and injustice? If we are to be nothing more than plantation slaves, then have the courtesy
of saying it.
